Shaking and sparring someone with boxing skills

I talked to Scott today. He showed me how to properly "shake" the waist for fajin, I have been working on this so much I have gotten sore, but I am getting it more violent and smooth at the same time. Things are going really weird right now, my woman is about to lose her mind and I seem to be of no help, I am afraid to try and give her any energy as now, but I will overcome that, as this time last year I was keeping her wired thru my hands.  Seems like the trailer is just full of negative energy.  Any ideas on clearing it would be great.

My friend Brandon, was horsing around with a 12 inch blade and dropped and jumped on the damn thing.  Well he didn't JUMPon it, butmight as well have!   Scared the shit out of me.  I scooped him up and took him to the ER by myself.    Nearly cut his toe off.

DESPITE this, I am  making tremendous progress in my training.  I owe it to the animal postures that I have been practicing on the circle!   Each has a deadly combat app as well!  Just like each of the eight mother palms are wrist grab break

I am spending more and more of my peak time from seven form nine a.m. meditating and my mind has came undercontrol a bit more each day!

Per Zerostao's suggestion I have been doing the five element standing postures.

Oh yeah, three nights before the foot wounding fiasco, Brandon M insisted that I come at him "using my bagua" and he would "use his boxing skills."   I must say he was sober and his footwork was not bad at all!  I found the single palm change to work every TIME!  Hiding flower kept working for me as a throw.  I must say though,  it made me feel much better about my training!  His footwork was too "square" to overcome my arcs.   He couldn't do anything with pi quan either.  Same thing with heng quan, I only used pao once and had to pull it to keep from getting him in the temple with the elbow block.   I felt good, he said he did too, that night.  To bad he stepped on my knife.
